The kitchen includes a dishwasher, combi oven/microwave, kettle, Senseo and filter coffee maker. The ground floor has a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. A separate toilet is located in the downstairs hallway.
The living room has a lovely lounge sofa, cosy fireplace, 43-inch SMART HD TV and radio/CD player. A garden door leads to the outdoor terrace with garden furniture, parasol and outdoor spa.
The storage room is accessible from outside and inside and here you have a washing machine at your disposal with an automatic detergent dosing system.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (1 x 2 box spring and 2 x 1 box spring) and a wellness room with its own spacious sauna. Also here three bathrooms, each with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
