The attractively decorated Saxon farm gives you the feeling of being in Drenthe.
On the ground floor you will find the dining area in the left half: a kitchen with a long table that can accommodate up to 16 people. That makes the accommodation very suitable to rent 152 or 158 together with one of the adjacent houses, if you come with more than 12 people. You will then have a place where you can eat together.
In the right half you can relax in the lounge area. There you will also find a second kitchen. Both kitchens are fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, Senseo, combi oven / microwave and filter coffee maker.
In the garden is an outdoor fireplace and (from March 2022) a stone basket barbecue. For the real outdoor feeling there are 3 picnic tables, so you can also eat together again if you come with more than 12 people. In addition, both the dining area and the lounge area also have a separate terrace. 

On the ground floor you will find two double bedrooms and two toilets. On the first floor there are four more double bedrooms and two bathrooms (with toilet, walk-in shower and sink).

This space is also very suitable to use as a training or meeting location. The TV is hung in such a way that everyone at the table can see the TV. With a built-in Chromecast you can stream your presentation to the TV. The photo wall makes your heath session in Drenthe complete!

The lounge area and the dining area can be closed off from each other by 2 low-noise doors. (connecting doors)
This house has an internal storage room with a washing machine. Of course there is a private fiber optic connection with superfast wireless internet.

This TV12 is not directly on the water, but a short walk from the center building and the beach.

The accommodation is rented exclusively to families and as a meeting/training location to companies and course providers.
