This spacious 6-person holiday home is located right by the water on an excellent fishing spot.
The house offers above-average "warmth" and furnishings.
The spacious open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, combi oven/microwave, kettle, Senseo and filter coffee maker. The living room has a 43-inch SMART TV and radio/CD player. Through the garden door, you enter the garden and find a terrace with garden furniture and parasol and a low platform at the water's edge, from where it is great fishing.
In the storage room, which can be accessed from both inside and outside, you will find a washing machine and dryer.
The ground floor has a double bedroom (2 boxsprings) and a bathroom, totally renovated in 2021, with walk-in shower and washbasin. In the hall, a separate toilet.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms: ( 2 x 2 beds ) and a beautiful new second bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
