This beautiful spacious 6-person holiday home was completely refurbished in winter 2022/2023 and is located with a very spacious garden right on the water.
The very complete new open kitchen has a dishwasher, combi oven/microwave, kettle, Senseo and filter coffee machine.
In the living room, this house has a cosy fireplace (gas) , 43-inch SMART HD TV and a radio/CD player.
The entire house has new PVC floors and blackout curtains in the bedrooms.
The storage room, accessible from inside and outside, offers you a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The garden door opens onto the terrace with garden furniture and parasol.
The ground floor has a double bedroom with new box springs. The bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cabin is right next to the downstairs bedroom.
There is a separate toilet in the hallway.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with two single new boxsprings. (1 x 2 beds side by side and 2 x 1 bed placed separately)
A second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is located here between the two bedrooms.
The house also has its own spacious sauna on the first floor.
