The kitchen includes a dishwasher, combi oven/microwave, kettle, Senseo and filter coffee maker. The ground floor has a double bedroom with private bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet. A separate toilet is located in the hall downstairs.
The living room has a 43-inch SMART TV and radio/CD player. A garden door leads to the outdoor terrace with garden furniture and parasol. This house has a deck on the water and a spacious storage room accessible from outside, offering you, among other things, the use of a washing machine.
