In the very complete open-plan kitchen, you have access to a dishwasher, combi oven/microwave, kettle, Senseo and filter coffee maker, among other things.
The ground floor has a double bedroom with its own modern bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet. There is another separate toilet in the downstairs hall.
The living room offers a 49-inch SMART TV and radio/CD player. Comfortable armchair chairs surround the generous dining table.
The lovely lounge sofas make it pleasant to linger. Through the patio door you enter the terrace, where you have a garden set and parasol at your disposal.
A lounge set and 2 sun loungers on the waterside terrace complete the experience.
The spacious storage room, which also holds all the garden cushions, is accessible from outside and here you have the use of a washing machine, a tumble dryer.and an extra fridge.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (2 x 2 boxsprings) and a modern bathroom with spacious shower, bathroom unit with washbasin and toilet.
There is also a very spacious sauna in the 3rd room. This room can also be used for sleeping.
