This beautiful 8-person holiday home is located right by the water at a good fishing spot. It has a complete kitchen and its own sauna.
Fully fitted with new PVC flooring and blackout curtains by the end of 2022.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, combi oven/microwave, kettle, Senseo and filter coffee machine.
The ground floor has a double bedroom with two boxsprings and lovely blackout curtains. A bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower and washbasin complete your stay.
There is a separate toilet downstairs.
The living room has a 43-inch SMART TV and radio/CD player.
Through the terrace door, you can access the terrace with garden furniture and a parasol.
The storage room is accessible from the outside and inside and is very suitable for your (electric) bike and/or fishing gear.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (1 x 1, 1 x 2 and 1 x 3 boxsprings) and a second bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Upstairs, the house has its own spacious sauna.
This holiday home has its own fibre-optic connection and therefore very fast wireless internet.
No smoking.
