How wonderful, the summer is on it's way! The perfect period to enjoy your vacation on Het Timmerholt.
There is an animation programm from 12th July until 24th August. At 6 days per week the organize a variety of activities for both young and old. The kids are invited to the creative hour in the morning and a game or sportsactivity in the afternoon. One evening every week everybody can join the bingo or karaoke night.
Rent a canoe or pedal boat on our lake. There is also a seperate part, where you can swim safely.
You can also rent a bike or E-bike at the reception. Drenthe is the 'biking' province of The Netherlands.
The museum village Orvelte , or het herinneringscentrum and museum Kamp Westerbork , are worth a visit.
Explore the Drentse moorland or prehistoric hunebeds.
